Compassion
Compassion... I like a lot that concept. For me is the capability to see others through the eyes of love and not only other people, but in general to love all forms of live.
In terms of bussines, I think it could be important for the comprehension of others ways of thinking and respect them, keep calm and in the same time, more confident about myself.
